Media sponsors play the role of independent voice at our conference. They will be showcased prominently in print and electronic advertisements, promotional materials, invitations, postcards, posters, the event catalog, as well as on our highly visible web site with a link to your web site and,
of course, free registration to the conferences. In addition to the above mentioned opportunities you may be eligible to receive full-page advertisement in the program/Song Book, special badges, exhibit booth space etc. We are here to work with you and provide elements to sponsorships that work for
your business / organization based on your business needs, not a predefined list of benefits that may
or may not have value to you. As such, we have defined categories of sponsors and are providing a base set of sponsor opportunities. However, nothing is written in stone here and we are happy to
modify these to fit your marketing model and goals.
