Song Book Advertisement Information:

We invite advertisements for the PCNAK song book. All advertisements are in color.

Size and Rates:

Full Page  (5.5 x 8.5)   - $500
Half Page (5.5 x 4.25) - $300

* Prepayment of the full amount is REQUIRED for all advertisements. Others will not be published.

* Pre-designed advertisement matter must be submitted to the National Secretary by June 1, 2010.

Limited number of booths is available at the conference venue.

Booth Rate is $150.

* Booths will be reserved on a first come first serve basis and prepayment of the full amount is REQUIRED to confirm a booth.
